Pros: Simple & fast to use. Sharing capabilities via FB, Twitter, PDF. Very effective organizational tool for students.
Cons: It's text only. Be great to see some pics, and videos added.
How many times have I handed out a study guide with a list of terms and key questions to my student thinking: 'are they really going to even use this thing?' Well, I decided to try a different approach with Text 2 Mindmap (see sample below). Once again, the students were responsible for their own learning. The task was simple: Create a digital mind map of what we covered on the Civil War. By forcing them to design, organize, and publish, the learning experience (and review) was put into their hands.
Pros: Simple & fast to use. Sharing capabilities via FB, Twitter, PDF. Very effective organizational tool for students. Cons: It's text only. Be great to see some pics, and videos added.
